Returns Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund or replacement. However, we kindly ask that you contact us before opening a return case so we can investigate the issue and work towards a resolution. A refund will only be issued once the item has been returned and inspected. Please note that if the returned goods are not in the same condition as when received, deductions may be made according to eBay's return and refund policy.

If you have received an item that is different from what is listed on your invoice, we will cover the cost of return shipping should you choose to return the item. However, if the correct items were sent but you ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.
