Orders will usually ship same business day of receiving payment.

We ship Monday-Saturday excluding holidays.

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Combined Shipping

We will combine shipping if you are ordering more than one item. Please request an invoice showing the combined shipping charges before you pay.

Returns

Please contact us if you need to return an item. All non-defective returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were shipped. Non-defective returns will be refunded minus any shipping charges (if your shipping was free we will deduct our charges for originally shipping the item to you.) a 20% restocking will be charged

Shipping Internationally

Although most international orders arrive between 4-14 days (depending on destination country and shipping method), sometimes a package is delayed for reasons out of the control of us (Customs is usually the reason).

Our primary shipping method for international orders is USPS First Class Mail International, International Express. If the country you reside in does not receive USPS service an alternate method may be used at our discretion; and your costs to ship may be higher due to special handling/ packaging costs

If your shipment does not arrive in a timely manner after we indicate the package was shipped, please contact Customs and/or your local Post Office first before contacting us  . Be aware - International shipments can take up to 30 days!

 

Payment Methods Accepted

We only accept international payments in U.S. dollars and only in the form of Paypal.

We DO NOT accept any other form of payment such as Bank checks, Postal checks, wire transfers, etc...
