You are buying an item made from MDF
MDF can be susceptible to moisture ingress should this happen the product may swell.
When ordering please leave a contact telephone number and email address for your consignment number, otherwise this could delay delivery times.
- Delivery charges apply to UK mainland postcodes only. For Scotland, Scottish Isles and Eire please contact us.
- Goods signed for in good condition cannot be claimed for afterwards. Please check your packaging carefully, as claims for damaged goods signed for in good condition may not be accepted.
- You must notify us of any damage / shortage within 24 hrs of receiving the goods. For any other issues please contact us with 7 days of arrival.
- Goods requested to be left unsigned will be entirely at the buyers risk and no claims will be entertained.
- If you are not available to sign or take receipt of your delivery when the courier attempt to deliver, you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
- If the Goods are returned to us through non receipt of delivery a re-delivery charge will be applicable This will notified to you before a re-delivery attempt is made.
- All Deliveries of this item are made within 48 hrs of receiving your consignment number.(Excluding Weekends unless you have specifically paid for this service).
- Delivery Times are between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm. Timed or Saturday Deliveries are available at an extra cost.
RETURNS POLICY
In line with Ebays new customer satisfaction policy we offer the following.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just simply return the item to us in its original condition and packaging unused within 14 days of receipt.
- Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge and your return costs.
PLEASE NOTE:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned or sent back to us within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we highly recommend that you send the item using a delivery service/courier that insures you fully for the value of the goods. If the goods arrive back damaged you may receive a partial or no refund.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and not refundable.
