3.) Manufacturer - Pleasant Valley Process - Seymour Knight made Water Slide Decals for Lionel. He also Silk Screed many various items for Lionel, Weaver, Williams, Parts Dealers and many more "Train People". He passed away many, many years ago. He is greatly missed. 
4.) Lionel only made two different POSTWAR "Adhesive Decals" throughout all of their Locomotive, Diesel and Rolling Stock Production! The Decals we are selling are all WATER SLIDE DECALS unless otherwise noted! Parts have been in storage for a number of years. Slight "box rub" type of wear in places. No major defects - NO Cracks, NO Breaks, NO Scratches! PLEASE REVIEW THE PICTURES AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION! Great for Repairs or Upgrades. Parts is Parts.....always good to have AROUND!
