We accept payments via PayPal, debit cards, and most credit cards. We can accept cheques but these take up to 8 working days to clear. We look forward to receiving your order soon.

Fast Delivery

Very Small Items

For very small items, we may use Royal Mail (second class) to keep postage charges to a minimum.

Small / Medium Items

We offer a fast delivery service with most small/medium items dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri) if your order is received by 1.30pm. We use several different carriers - some of which advise you of a delivery time window if we have a current mobile phone number.

Large Items

Large items such as Scaffold Towers, Builders Trestles, ladders, etc., will not usually be dispatched until we have spoken to you to confirm a delivery date, so please make sure your phone number/contact details in your eBay account are up to date. 

If we are not able to contact you, this could delay delivery of your item.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods and are subject to the following conditions:- The buyer must advise in writing or by email that they wish to return the goods. Our initial response will include a returns number, which should be clearly marked on the returned goods. The goods must be unused and in new, resalable condition (where possible, still in the original, undamaged packaging). The buyer must arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us. Goods must be packaged suitably for shipping via carrier as goods damaged in transit back to us will not be refunded. Once we have received the goods and established the items are in resalable condition, a full refund will be given. Returns beyond 30 days cannot be returned for refund/credit
