Return Policy:

In order to return a defective product to Compufox, the following is needed:

- An RMA number: Please email us to request an RMA number.

The customer will ship the returned products to Compufox at his expense.

Compufox will pay the shipping cost to send the replacement products.

Very Important: Please make sure to select the correct transceiver for your router or switch. Should you have any doubts about which transceiver will work for your switch or router, please email us.

All defective products returned to Compufox must be accompanied by a printed test report showing that they did not work. Products returned to Compufox that are not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

No Refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.

Can I install Compufox transceivers on Cisco, 3Com, HP equipment without affecting the warranty of the equipment the transceivers are being installed into?
