• Please check before you buy the item thats it is exactly what you are looking for, if you are unsure contact us
• please understand that once the item leaves us then it is not in our hands it is in the couriers hand, we pay them to get the item delivered to you,
• We have a 14 days returns policy, if for any reason you are not happy just return the item.
• *Returns Postage - We are fair to our customers, if its our mistake we are liable to pay the postage e.g: we advertised the item wrong or we sent the incorrect item out etc and if you ordered the wrong item or changed you mind etc then you pay the returns postage
• Before you open a case please contact us so we can try to resolve your issue
• If you would like to cancel a order please let us know asap before we dispatch
