The Dual Action Pump is great for blowing up animal balloons like 260's. Dual action means that the pump blows air with every stroke of the pump going in or out.  I checked for my own curiousness and the pump will fully inflate a 260 in 7 full strokes.  For a puppy balloon a couple strokes and your good.  Great quality!  Fast shipping!  Thank you!
