-We only fit tow bars and electrics we have supplied.
-Certain vehicle / tow bar / bumper combinations will require the bumper to be cut for correct fitment. This cut may be visible or to the underside. The tow bar listing will tell you what cut is required.
-Certain vehicle specific electric kits require a computer update once it has been fitted, this can usually be done via our fitting expert at an extra cost. Please contact us for details.
-Certain vehicles will require a bumper trim to be fitted, these are usually purchased direct from the vehicle manufacturer and come at an extra cost.
-The time needed to fit a towbar can vary, usually its a few hours but please be prepared to allow the whole day for fitting.
-Tow bar fitting is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
-Cancelling a fitting once a it has already been booked in and confirmed may result in a charge being deducted from your refund.

Please allow 14-21 days notice for a fitting. This can be less at quiet times of year, and also can be more at peak times.
What Happens Next
- Once we have your order we will speak to the mobile fitters to see if 1 of your 3 requested dates are available. If they are not, we will contact you to provide additional dates.
- Once we have a suitable date we send you a confirmation that your requested day is available and that we have booked it in. We will forward you all relevant information you will need.
- We send out your items direct to you by courier. You must check the items when they arrive.
- Make sure your vehicle boot/rear is cleared out before the fit.
- Make sure the vehicle is accessible on the day of the fit.
- Your tow bar fit will proceed. A few hours later your vehicle will be tow ready.
Delivery
UK Delivery
We send all our items by courier, requiring a signature on delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Exclusions:
We do not ship to Jersey (JE), Guernsey (GY), British Forces Post Office (BFPO) or Military addresses.
Extended Areas:
Some areas in addition to what is shown on the Postage and payments tab (this is due to technical limitations).

International Delivery
We dispatch items internationally to most of the world, please consult the Postage and payments tab for costs and exclusions.
Returns
The returns policy on each listing outlines; when the return period begins, the length of the return period and the person or persons responsible for expenses endured by return postage. PF Jones does not accept returns outside of the time frame stated in the returns policy.
All items including Click & Collect orders must be sent to the PF Jones returns address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe transit of all returned items.
All returns must be authorised by a PF Jones employee and accompanied with an RMA number. Returned items must be in the original condition with no signs of fitting or use.
Subsequent to PF Jones receiving a returned item from the Buyer, PF Jones endeavours to inspect the item within 7 working days. Once the inspection is complete, the Buyer will be contacted directly regarding a refund or to explain any issues raised as a consequence of the inspection.
Subsequent to the PF Jones' inspection of a returned item, where required, PF Jones endeavours to refund the Buyer within 7 working days. Refunds can only be issued to the Buyer via the original payment method.
Any item that is made to order cannot be cancelled or returned to the Seller. The Buyer will be made aware of any item that is made to order in writing prior to an order being accepted.
