Shipping:

• Items usually ship within 24 hours, or less after receiving cleared payment, except weekends and/or holidays.
• FREE USPS First-Class Mail (usually 1-5 business days) with Tracking Confirmation, depending on shipping location.
• USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) is available for an additional fee.
• USPS Priority Express Mail (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee.
• NO Additional Shipping Charges To AK, HI, PR, VI, or Guam!
  
• Larger quantities or combined purchases may ship via USPS Priority Mail of FedEx Ground.
• Tracking Confirmation is always included at no charge on all shipments.
• Insurance is included free for all USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express Mail, and FedEx Ground shipments.
• Your package should never arrive postage due, but if for any reason you are being asked to pay additional postage, please contact us prior to paying it with specific details. We do not refund postage due fees without prior authorization and a receipt.
  

30-Day Return Policy:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days.
• All items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped in, or the policy is voided.
• An RMA (return merchandise authorization) is required before any return is accepted.
• Buyer's are responsible for return shipping expenses.
• We help you through the process, providing instructions, and answering questions.
• All items are guaranteed to be as described. We DO NOT sell used, returned, factory 2nds, damaged, or defective items.
• Obviously, new, sealed, and unused items are difficult to determine if they are damaged or defective without use, so please recognize that fact before contacting us.
• If the item is sold under warranty, and the item is found to be manufacturer damaged or defective after use, please contact the warranty service provider or manufacturer providing the warranty for service. You will incur shipping expenses to return the defective item to us, and shipping expenses for sending a replacement back to you.
