Diplomystus dentatus O is a beautiful top-quality specimen with an approximately 4.75 inch fish fossil with scales, skin and bones perfectly replaced and intact.  It was mined at the Dempsey Quarry located near Kemmerer Wyoming. It once swam in the subtropical freshwater of Fossil Lake. You will receive two fish fossils as pictured. The photos provide an idea of the amazing quality of our fish.  An identification and Fossil Lake history card is provided with the shipment.
