I feel confident in saying this guitar is in pristine condition. I just purchased it from the original owner who kept his guitars in impeccable condition in a humidity-controlled room. It features a Sitka spruce top, sapele wood sides and back and an ebony fretboard. Please understand that this is not the model 12e, which has a pickup. It comes in its original bag that offers good padding. It will have strings loosened and be well packed for safe shipping.

NOTE: If you would like to purchase the guitar for the starting bid price of $470.00 prior to the end of the auction and BEFORE a bid has been placed, please let me know. I will then end the auction, relist it at a Buy It Now price of $470.00, and send you the new listing number so that you can make an immediate purchase l.
