Up for sale is a highly collectible and extremely rare 1999 DC Direct "From the Collection of the Flash Museum" Barry Allen Prop Replica Ring Set. This legendary set is strictly limited to only 1,100 pieces worldwide, and this specific piece features a highly desirable low production sequence number: 0247/1100.
This complete collector's lot includes:
- Authentic Barry Allen Flash Ring: Beautifully crafted in pewter and plated in brilliant 24-karat gold. Features the iconic flip-open lid mechanism showing the miniature Flash suit hidden inside. READ Please note that there is a minor spot of gold plating flaking/wear near wear the lid attaches to the base on the ring (exposing the silver-toned base pewter underneath). This has been highlighted under a high-magnification macro lens in the photos for full transparency, but it is very hard to see in person under normal lighting conditions. DO NOT attempt to open the ring any farther, it is not hinged and not meant to open any farther! If you attempt to open it and damage the ring I can not do a return on it please be aware!
- Original Display Stand: Excellent condition with the hand-painted numbering (0247/1100) crisp and intact on the bottom felt-footed base.
- Circular "Authentic Replica" Display Medallion/Plaque.
- Matching Official Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from DC Direct.
- Original Retail Box: Included and complete. Shows some minor expected vintage shelf/edge wear from age, but it is structurally sound and holds the set beautifully.
