Kato N Scale GE C44-9W “Dash 9” — Chicago & North Western Operation Lifesaver #8659, item 176-3307.

This is the hard-to-find CNW Operation Lifesaver unit, with the “Look, Listen… and Live” slogan on the nose, the crossbuck and signal graphic, and the classic C&NW yellow and green with the green diagonal sweep. It’s a great piece for a 1990s Midwestern layout or for anyone collecting fallen-flag or safety-scheme locomotives; C&NW was absorbed into Union Pacific in 1995, so this scheme had a short life.
