All of our packages are professionally packed on site by a Bella Couture® employee specially trained in packing delicate jewels and precious antiques. Fees for shipping do not depend on the value and size of the item shipped and the mode in which it is carried. You select your shipping option during checkout. Please be kind and respect our professional shipping pricing structure. Our shipping costs are clearly posted. We have year round gift wrapping staff at our boutique and more during the holidays. Our staff deserve to be paid in full for their excellent services they provide for you. For buyers who will attempt to request for us to lower our handling fees or shipping rates, please understand that for our employees sake, we can not. Shipping rates include more than just the actual shipping cost. Our reasonable gift packaging and handling fees are included in the shipping rates along with a gift box, gift card, tracking number and full insurance. If you are concerned at all about our shipping rates or handling fees, please be kind enough not to bid. It would be highly unfair for a buyer to see our shipping fees, disagree with our shipping rates, bid anyway, win, THEN complain about our shipping fees AFTER they won our auction. Please read the entire listing and ask all questions before bidding. These items are new, couture, one of a kind, limited edition, antique, vintage or estate pieces. Some elements of this design may include fine quality antique or vintage beads. This fine jewelry, like many rare Bella Couture® Handcrafted jewelry treasures, may also contain solid gold, 22k or 18k gold over 12K which is mixed with a dab of finer sterling silver within the intricacies of the body of their hand-crafted designs. However, all Bella Couture® Fine earrings will always have solid 14K gold ear wires unless otherwise specified as 18K ear wires. Ear wires are Hallmarked with their actual gold content (ie: 14K or "750" 18K). The majority of our items are consignment from either our boutique, private clients, private companies or affiliates and are sold "as is" and "as described" throughout the entire listing. Etruscan style or antique/vintage merchandise may have light degree of wear and tear or discoloration due to age. We are a specialty boutique who create rare designer fine jewelry. Like Designer David Yurman we too at Bella Couture ® also often mix precious metal types to create our unique and Limited Edition Designs. The portion that goes into the ear will always be solid 14k or 18k gold. The lower portion of earrings or center gemstone settings may be mixed precious metals plated in 24k, 18k or solid14k gold. To care for your new fine jewelry properly store in an air tight bag and keep jewelry away from toxic liquid elements such as hair products, lotions, oils, and perfumes to ensure they stay bright gold long term. Most of our multi precious metal gold designs can be polished with solid gold polish to restore their gold vibrance back to bright gold if they need cleaning. We have no control over your computer or cell phone monitor color calibrations and all natural gemstones have unique growth markings.Therefore, only significant blemishes or major flaws will be listed, (i.e. metal may need spot polishing etc.). We do not sell jewelry that needs repairs of any kind. All items classified as "New" are indeed New. Antique "Style" jewelry items are New jewelry done in an elegant antique style. Only if the word "style is not in the listing's description, then the item is a genuine antique. Measurements are taken carefully but are approximations. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BIDDING: Our auctions are so long because we have been selling for many years now on eBay. Every time a customer has a suggestion, we add it to the listing.
