Mains voltage timer with an unusual eight-point connector that looks a bit like the type used for a thermionic valve. I don't really know anything about this item, which I acquired as part of a job lot of electronics parts. What I can say for sure is that it's new old stock, still in its original box, likely 70s or 80s vintage, and unused.  (The "subminy timer" designation is sic. -- that's how it's printed on the box.) I would have expected the "STP-NH-US" designation to indicate a US model, but this one has 250Vac printed on the casing so it can't be. The 70-minute timer is the longest available in this model.
