LISTING POLICIES

  • Refunds are only possible in the event of a vast misrepresentation of the item, or a defective item that was not listed as "AS-IS". New, factory sealed items can only be returned if they are defective. Items cannot be returned due to a change in personal preference. This is a small business and I cannot afford to accept these types of returns.
  • If an item is sold AS-IS (this will be stated in the item description), there are absolutely no returns whatsoever, for any reason.
  • In the rare event of a returned item, all return shipping is paid by the buyer. The returned item is expected in the same condition it was sent, unless it was somehow damaged during shipment (if the item was insured, you should file a shipping claim). Absolutely no refunds will be given until merchandise has been returned!
  • Spira Mirabilis auctions are very collector friendly, I recognize that your purchase may also be an investment. I will never deface or damage the retail box, documentation or packaging that comes with an item, so that its value may be preserved.
  • Positive and 5 Star feedback helps puts food on my table, and a roof over my head. This is very important! If you have a problem with your purchase, please let me know before leaving feedback and we can work out a resolution to the issue. Your satisfaction is very important.
  • I place feedback in response to receiving feedback, as the feedback comments come to the top of my list. I am glad to give positive feedback to customers once they are satisfied with their purchase. I place all feedback personally in batches, not automatically, so it may take a short while for your feedback to be posted.

  • I am glad to offer a combined reduced shipping fee on multiple items whenever possible. Some items cannot be combined for shipment (due to size or other restrictions).
  • For multiple item purchases, your combined and discounted shipping total will be shown on your post-purchase invoice. Whenever possible, your invoice will reflect a discounted total, to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
  • Shipping fees may include a small handling fee or cost for packaging, all shipping costs are non-negotiable.
  • Tracking information is included with all shipments, a notice will be sent and the tracking information will appear on your purchase history page when the item is shipped.
  • Most items ship via the United States Postal Service, occasionally larger items may ship via UPS or FEDEX.
  • International shipping is by USPS Priority International or Express International ONLY, for the safety and timeliness of the package being sent.

Contact us if you need a shipping quote. If your country is not listed here, I absolutely do not ship to your location, please don't ask.
