Order Processing

• Orders ship within 24 business hours.
• Orders placed before 1 PM EST, Monday-Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM ship the next business day.
• Weekend orders ship the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Options

Available U.S. shipping methods include:

• Economy: Up to 10 business days.
• Standard: 3-7 business days.
• Expedited: 2-5 business days.

Please select your preferred method at checkout, as shipping options cannot be changed after purchase.

Delivery & Tracking

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, natural disasters, or seasonal demand.

We use UPS Mail Innovations, FedEx Ground/SmartPost, and USPS, depending on package size and weight. Some shipments are transferred to USPS or other local delivery providers for final delivery. Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours to appear.

Signature Confirmation

Orders over $150 require a signature upon delivery for added security.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase, as we cannot change it after an order is placed.
