The first thing to do before purchase is to check the product number with your turbine number for compatibility

Turbine Assembly Instructions

Before installing the new car turbine it is very important to identify the cause of the damage to the old turbine, in order to avoid recurring damage in a short time.

Each turbine is designed specifically for a given engine, so always make sure turbine plate codes (both old and new) are compliant.

For no reason tamper with the calibration of the wastegate valve located on the turbine.

Check the tightness of the intake and exhaust pipes and accept their cleaning. Pipes must be free of oil, foreign objects, gasket pieces, and dust.

Always replace the air filter.

Accept that the oil flow and discharge ducts are perfectly clean and free of clogs.

Attachment flanges should also be clean: Remove any seal residue taking care that parts of it do not fall into the oil passages. For added safety, however, we recommend replacing the oil flow tube and gaskets.

Always replace oil and oil filter.

Check that the exhaust manifold fixing flange and related prisoner threads are in good condition.

Make sure that the perfect gas seal is guaranteed when coupling between turbine and exhaust manifold.

During assembly, the orientation of the compressor feed can be changed so that the pipes collimate properly.

Make sure that the fastening screws are tightened with due torque and agree not to damage the sealing rings o-rings.

Connect the oil drain pipe and insert clean oil into the flow hole before mounting the feed pipe and rotate the spindle by hand with the impellers.

Finish the connections and run the engine with the starter motor for a few seconds without ignition, so as to establish some oil pressure.

Start the engine and let it run to a minimum for a few minutes, checking for oil leaks and/or leaks from air and gas circuits.

The

WARRANTY IS NOT RECOGNIZED

if the

turbo remanufactured

is installed by unqualified personnel it is recommended to go to authorized mechanical workshop.Warranty is void if the turbo is presented with bushings worn due to lack of lubrication due to low oil pressure/defective oil pump; suction/discharge impellers with broken/filed fins for dirty collectors of residues or foreign parts derived from the old turbo and/or other, variable geometry locked for dirt will be included.In this case the costs of spare parts will be included.

ELECTRONIC VALVES

MAY CAUSE PERFORMANCE DROPS AND COMPROMISE THE PROPER FUNCTIONING OF THE TURBO .SO WARRANTY ON THESE THINGS DOES NOT COVER.

THE TURBO DOES NOT WORK ON ITS OWN BUT THANKS TO THE EXHAUST FUMES!!!

covers only the mechanics and functionality of the product within 12 months and will not last beyond 12 months in case of

repair

. Excluded: electronic valves, engine damage due to tampering, changes to the control unit, engine, sport exhaust, negligence and inexperience by the installer, use of engine oil and old filters, reuse of used/non-compliant parts.
