My Research: These were offered by Perko from about 1940 thru to the 1970's.
Nothing fancy, no glass to break, easy maintenance to wire up or to change bulbs, removable slide off bracket if needed to stow/lock up, etc.
They are of a galvanized steel construction with brass base clip in inserts for the bulbs.
The are solid and not rusted as far as I can tell.
No big dents or bent up. Although nothing is ever perfect, see photos you judge.
The lens appear to be polymer not glass.
They come with the brackets.
Perko sold them primed, looks like they were then given another quick coat of light gray by the crew.
Measurements:
Lens: They are a 4" high lens with a 3.5" reveal.
Lamps: They are 7 1/4" high not including the D-ring on top with that extended add another 1 1/8" for a total of 8 3/8".
Lamps: The backs are 4 3/4" by 4 3/4"
Conclusion: These should be an easy restoration, a little paint removal and then finish how you like or leave as is.
NOTE: You are buying the lamps and brackets, not the bulbs, I am adding them in free. I can not guarantee the bulbs working condition as they are old and may get jostled during shipping.
