This is a common date Barber Half Dollar, a 1912-D certified and graded by ANACS as VF 20.  As is common for ANACS-graded Barber coins, this one is under-graded.  All seven letters of LIBERTY is strongly and fully visible, as are all the letters of U PLURIBUS UNUM.  The wear on the eagle's wingtips is also less than for most every 20-graded Barber Half Dollar I have seen.  The coin is also perfectly natural and undamaged.
