LEGO 10470 Modern Family House with Figures is a DUPLO set released in 2026, containing 166 pieces and 4 figures. The build is a configurable home that can be arranged as a single-floor apartment, a three-story dollhouse, or a five-story structure with a roof garden. It includes two adult figures, a toddler, and a baby. Accessories comprise a lounger, insect hotel, fridge, toilet, and baby stroller.
Every set I sell is brand new and factory sealed unless clearly marked used or opened. Some photos may be stock images of the box or the finished build. Real photos are of my own inventory. You may not get that exact box, but you won't get one appreciably worse. Want to see yours first? Just ask!
Shipping is free. I work hard to source sets and price them as low as I can on a slim margin, so prices are firm. 10% of every sale goes to Little Bricks Charity, which gives LEGO sets to hospitalized kids.
Stored smoke-free and climate-controlled. Looking for another set? Browse my eBay store (bantasbricks) or message me.
