LEGO 910060 Sushi Restaurant is a BrickLink Designer Program Series 7 set released in 2026, containing 3,604 pieces and 14 minifigures. It was limited to 37,500 copies and shipped in July 2026. The build depicts a multi-story structure with a ground-floor sushi restaurant featuring a main kitchen, chef’s counter, preparation room, kakejiku scroll, and maneki-neko, and an upper-floor tearoom with tea ceremony utensils, zabuton, balconies, and an ikebana arrangement. Additional elements include a vintage tram, a yatai food stall, a Japanese garden with a fire pit, a vending machine, a baby, and various animals, with named characters such as owners Sato and Fumiko, chefs Akira and Naomi, yatai owner Takumi, tram operator Hirayama, and crossing guard Natsuki.
