2023 American Silver Eagle $1 | NGC MS 70 | Hand-Signed Thomas J. Uram Label

NGC Cert #6599774-135

A 2023 American Silver Eagle graded MS 70, the highest grade NGC awards, in a special flag-design holder with a label authentically hand-signed by Thomas J. Uram, retired Chairman of the Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee.

The CCAC advises the Secretary of the Treasury on themes and designs for US coins and medals. Uram chaired it, which makes his signature a genuine piece of US Mint history rather than a generic celebrity autograph.
