This iconic long sleeve Dinho jersey has the UEFA Super Cup winner (07 Winner), UEFA Champions League trophy counter (7), and the FIFA Club World Cup champion (07 Winner)  patches . This patch combo was exclusively worn during Milan's 2008–09 UEFA Cup group stage campaign (Sep to Dec 17, 2008).
It was utilized in matches against Braga, Heerenveen, Zürich, Wolfsburg, and Portsmouth (featuring that infamous 2–2 draw), right before Milan had to surrender the world champion patch to Manchester United who won the competition in Tokyo on December 21, 2008.

Wonderful piece of history.
