This is an awesome looking long sleeve western style denim shirt from Levi's. It's got pearl snaps in front and on the cuffs, and the front pockets have "sawtooth'' flaps. It's got the yoke seams as well. The worn look overall really makes it though. It's a Men's S with a Regular fit:
