Brand new with tags, smoke and pet free home. It does need to be de-wrinkled/steamed for sure. It will need a spot wash for sure as there are a couple small areas that need it. Also I noticed the bottom button on the back the elastic that holds it is torn. Its not super necessary, you can still wear the dress just fine. Reminds me of Victorian/Regency/Goth/Wednesday Addams/ Witchy style dresses. Size 10, fits like a medium, no stretch. Retails for $128.
