Brand new with tags.  I never got around to building these because the last pair I built is going strong.  Besides far better stopping power in the rain, the hard ceramic coating insulates the brake tracks from wear.  These hoops are top of the line double eyeletted and on the stout side.  I probably have 20k+ miles on my current pair and the ceramic coat is fully present.  Any questions, ask away.  Please check out my other items including the Mavic hubs I had intended to build these with, but the need never arose.
