I believe this book has been rebound using parts of the cover from the original book.

The map is missing. The table of contents has been hand typed and inserted in with the original table of contents being inserted behind those. 

Some staining to the outer pages.  Inner pages are in pretty good shape and book is pretty sturdy given age.
