PRODUCT DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY NOTICE
Please read this notice carefully before purchasing or using Sunny Days sensory products.
⚠️ Product Fragility & Risk Warning
Sunny Days Entertainment, LLC products—including pliable sensory, squishy, and tactile toys—are crafted with pliable components designed for stretching and squeezing. Due to the delicate nature of their flexible membranes and seams, these products can break, split, rupture, or leak under specific environmental or physical pressures.
- Do Not Over-Stretch or Puncture: Applying excessive force, biting, or introducing sharp objects can breach the outer shell, causing internal materials or gel fillings to leak.
- Do Not Heat or Freeze: Exposure to extreme heat or sub-zero environments (such as microwaving, freezing, or leaving the product inside a hot car) can compromise structural integrity. Rapid internal expansion or boiling can cause the toy to burst or explode, creating a risk of skin irritation or thermal burns from heated internal contents.
- Beware of Counterfeits: Authentic items are built to high safety and stretch thresholds. Be cautious of suspiciously cheap imitations from unverified online sellers, as they often lack safety compliance, tear easily, and may contain hazardous components or severe chemical irritants.
