Sheets were included with the purchase of the bed but kept in a closet on a shelf. There is a spot of shelf wear from being moved alot & has cause a small spot that is on that corner. There is no way to determine where the wear is without taking the sheets out. The price is reflective of the condition of the sheets. Retail is $219
