Up for sale are two 14-inch-tall Acer truncatum, Shantung Maple tree seedlings.  This year's seedlings.

Fast growing trees with vivid fall colors. Some of the fastest growing Asian maples I grow. These would make nice bonsai specimen trees, or shade trees for the yard.  This year's seedling.

It's interesting to watch the leaves go from rounded oblate to the traditional Shantung truncated leaf shape. 

The maples are growing fast in the greenhouse. Some varieties will change color one or more times throughout the growing season and in the fall. Some stay mostly the same color until autumn. Others will transition from red to green or vice versa. Others may go to yellow and orange hues. Sometimes the color will change along the leaf edges. You never know with these trees.

Trees and plants are shipped with moist root balls wrapped in plastic.  I combine shipping either by sending a combined invoice, or refunding overpayment when I pack your order.
