Frequently asked questions
- A nice gift idea?
- Yes - the mother-child motif is well received as a loving gift idea, e.g. B. for a birth or Mother's Day.
- Does my piece look the same as the photos?
- Because each figure is carved and painted by hand, the grain, shape and color will vary slightly. Your copy is therefore an individual one-of-a-kind piece.
- Are fine cracks normal?
- With solid natural wood, fine hairline cracks can appear in the first few months while the wood gets used to the room climate - this is not a defect, but a sign of real solid wood.
- Is the figure made in one piece?
- Yes, it is carved by hand from a single piece of suar wood - without glued connections. This means that each figure is stable and truly unique.
⚠ Note: Solid wood & fine cracks
Suar wood is a natural product. Small cracks, discoloration or differences in grain are typical of the material and no reason for complaint – they make each piece unique. Please dust dry or with a slightly damp cloth; for indoor use, avoid constant moisture and direct heating air.
