FITS: 2004-2006 RX models - Xenon Without Adaptive Steering Control - if you see the third photo, it shows the plug on the leveling motor.  This has 6 PINS in the plug, if you have 4 PIN PLUG it will not work. 

​​​​​​​Second, this is for the Cars MADE in Japan - first digit of your VIN # must be the Letter "J".  North American models have a different lower cover for the module and mount.
