Lovely old Gillette tin for a safety razor.
Please note, there is no razor but, from the little info I have found online, it probably had some type of Gillette Tech razor in it originally.
An unusual one which is rarely seen, dates to around the 1930s/1940s, especially with the original storage insert.
Made from tin metal and with a blue hammered effect finish and the Gillette name on the lid.
Still has its original metal insert which the razor would have been in, with area for new and/or old blades.
In used vintage condition, with a lot of wear and scratches and some small spots of corrosion.
Measures approx 9cm x 4cm x 15cm
