Although we are not authorized dealers of the brands we sell, we fully guarantee the authenticity of every product. All our watches are 100% genuine, brand new, and unworn, and are supplied with all standard accessories included by the manufacturer.

Shipping

WARRANTY
Your purchase is covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity provided by the seller, in accordance with the terms and conditions established by applicable law.
Seller warranty assistance is handled directly by TimeParadise Watch Store.
Any manufacturer's commercial warranty, where available and valid for the specific item, is additional and will be expressly stated in the listing.
Depending on the nature of the issue, we will arrange the most appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or a full refund if the product cannot be repaired.
WITHDRAWAL
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify us in writing within the above-mentioned period.
In the event of a return, the cost of returning the item to our warehouse is the responsibility of the buyer.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: complete, unused, free from signs of wear or damage, and including all original accessories, packaging, presentation box, manuals, and any other items supplied with the product.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping costs, provided that the return complies with the conditions described above.
