Prior to assembly this buildings has had all of its 'sprue tab debris' removed during its build. The building has removable main roof sections - and removable first floor level and ruined ground floors, allowing figures to fit inside/snipe from 1st/2nd floor windows etc. It comes beautifully printed in colours/detailing as seen with mottled exterior/interior/brickwork etc. Transparent window panes and colourful interiors are visible throughout the buildings on pre-printed Colour MDF. This particular building initially comprised of over 110+ individual pieces/sections in the cafe - prior to assembly.
PLEASE NOTE: 28mm figures and vehicles are for scale only and not included. The last photo which shows a an example of what the 3 buildings in this range can look like if the French Cafe is purchased...along with the other 2 buildings in the range...French Restaurant and The French Townhouse. These further 2 buildings can be purchased seperately - and are not included in this sale.
It is ideal for for skirmish gaming or larger battles.

All of items are wrapped and packaged very securely, ensuring your item is received in perfect condition. This is taken into account within the shipping costs as we use a large amount of packing materials on the items etc.
