Antique, hardcover, very scarce, approaching a century old book in overall good condition. Exterior of the book has some minor soiling and some bumps to the outer edges of the covers and spine. Interior is overall clean and well intact with a part of the dust jacket flap clipped and preserved loose at the front endpapers. Endpapers have some mild toning and soiling with the pages throughout also being slightly toned from age but clean and sturdy with only minimal use or handling wear. Book’s binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book has no odors.

Book totals 281 pages, measures approximately 8 1/4 x 5 5/8 x 1 inches and weighs about 1 pound.
