Brand new set of 4 black Thule Tracrac C clamps with new screws and clamp feet.

Designed by Tracrac for the TracOne fixed racks, (also works on the T-Rac Pro-2 rack, this brand new set of 4 clamps are installed on trucks with a standard truck bed rail.

Please note you cannot use these C clamps with the second and third generation Tacomas, or the latest generation Tundra because they do not have a standard truck bed rail. You need a set of generation-specific E clamp adapters that slide into your Toyota deck bars. The first generation Tacomas do have a standard truck bed rail, so these C clamps can be used.

Some Nissan trucks have a similar bar as the Tacomas, called a Utility track, and this track will interfere with the C clamps ability to grip the truck bed rail.

As with all fixed racks, you can’t use a tonneau cover with a TracOne, or T-Rac Pro-2 as any clamps need access to the truck bed rail. For questions on compatibility, please reference the Thule web site. If you still have questions, send me a message.

This is a set of 4 fully assembled clamps, Thule and other vendors sell each component separately, so keep this in mind if you are comparison shopping.

The TracOne and T-Rac Pro-2 racks require 2 C clamps per foot, so if you bought a rack without any C clamps, you need 2 sets of these clamps (8 total) to properly secure the rack to the truck bed rail.

These parts are directly from Thule Tracrac. The C clamp is powder coated aluminum. The 3/8-16 round head screw is steel and the clamp foot is mill finish aluminum.

When installing these clamps, it is always a good idea to use a small amount of aluminum anti sieze on the threads any time you have different metals in direct contact with each other. The button head screw takes a 7/32” Allen head, which is the same as the button head screws necessary to adjust the width of the uprights on the crossmembers.

Also, given the clamp is aluminum, do not over tighten the screw, as you can spread the C clamp, and if you continue to over tighten the screw, break the cast aluminum clamp.
