Vintage Pan American cornet manufactured in Elkhart, Indiana. Pan American was a prominent brand under the C.G. Conn company, recognized for producing durable and reliable instruments for students and intermediate players. This cornet features the traditional short-model wrap, providing a warmer, mellower tone compared to a standard trumpet.

• Three smooth-action piston valves with mother-of-pearl buttons
• Engraved bell featuring the classic Pan American globe logo and Elkhart branding
• Complete outfit including a period-correct hard shell case with red plush lining

Condition: The instrument is in good used condition. The gold lacquer finish shows visible wear, surface scratches, and areas of oxidation consistent with age and regular use. All valves and slides are present and functional. The outfit includes a mouthpiece and a brass music lyre. The original case is included with functioning latches and handle.
