The Prüftechnik OptAlign Touch is a user-friendly laser shaft alignment system designed for quick and precise alignment of standard machines and everyday maintenance applications. Its touchscreen interface guides users through a simple Dimensions → Measure → Result workflow.
The system uses SensAlign 5 laser/sensor heads with features including Continuous Sweep, Live Move, and InfiniRange to simplify setup, collect alignment measurements during shaft rotation, and provide real-time machine correction guidance in both horizontal and vertical directions.
The rugged touchscreen device is IP65-rated for protection against dust and water and is designed to resist shock, oil, dirt, and scratches.
