HIGH-VOLTAGE PROGRAMMABLE DC OUTPUT – OWON SPE Series provides single-channel programmable DC output with configurations up to 500V and 500W, designed for high-voltage electronic testing, R&D, production and laboratory applications.

HIGH-PRECISION OUTPUT CONTROL – Features 10mV/1mA setting and readback resolution with voltage and current control accuracy as low as 0.05%, providing precise adjustment and monitoring for demanding test applications.

CV/CC MODES & MULTIPLE PROTECTIONS – Supports Constant Voltage (CV) and Constant Current (CC) operation with OVP, OCP and OTP protection. A built-in discharge circuit helps eliminate residual high voltage after shutdown.

PROGRAMMABLE LIST OUTPUT & MEMORY – Supports List waveform output with up to 10 programmable timing steps, plus four memory presets for quickly recalling frequently used configurations in R&D, factory and production-line environments.

USB & PC PROGRAMMABLE CONTROL – Standard USB connectivity supports programmable operation through PC software and SCPI. Optional RS232/RS485 and LAN interfaces are available for industrial process and centralized network-control applications.

Product Description

The OWON SPE Series High Voltage Programmable DC Power Supply combines high-voltage output, compact construction and precise digital control for laboratory, R&D, production and industrial testing applications.

The SPE Series includes six configurations with maximum output voltages of 150V, 300V or 500V and maximum output power of 400W or 500W. All models provide 10mV voltage and 1mA current setting/readback resolution.

The power supply supports both Constant Voltage (CV) and Constant Current (CC) operating modes, along with OVP, OCP and OTP protection. A built-in discharge circuit is designed to eliminate residual high voltage after shutdown.

For automated testing, the SPE Series supports List waveform output with up to 10 programmable timing steps, four memory presets, PC programmable output, and SCPI communication. USB is standard, while RS232/RS485 and LAN are optional.
