I am selling this great analog camera from my collection:

+++ Olympus OM-2N (Black Paint)
(generic mount cap is included)

** beautiful (near mint) and perfectly clean outter visual condition - no dents, no hits, beautiful surface with only some small or soft signs of use/age (mostly visible on the bottom cover’s edges), there is applied a protective film on the top cover (under the hot shoe) - really beautiful condition for a black paint model
** fully working order (however untested in the field)
** new lightseals (prism lightseal under the top cover was replaced, too) and mirror bumper
** shutter speeds sound plausible
** shutter mechanism and shutter release flawless (no mirror jamming and no curtains sticking issues - I checked curtains against light source and for all speeds)
** winding/rewinding mechanism flawless (tested with dummy film)
** dials/rings/levers are easy and smooth
** selfitmer flawless
** frame counter flawless
** battery check flawless
** M/A/OFF switch flawless
** lightmeter is responsive for light and settings changes (detailed accuracy was not tested)
** viewfinder is beautiful (bright and clear) - no fungus, no haze, no dirts… (see photo through finder)
** focusing screen is beautiful and clean
** mirror is beautiful and clean (there are only some small/fine rubbing signs at its edge (no impact on visibility, of course)
** film/mirror/battery chambers are beautiful and clean

Despite the fact camera seems to work nicely, I have not used it in the field, thus it is being sold to be tested.

Its cosmetic condition is described in a good faith and as fair as possible, I do not try to hide anything, but I am only a human with subjective point of view, so I can unintentionally overlook some detail at the end and thus the item is being sold in “as is” inner/outter visual condition. B) untested in the field, but fully working while testing before sale items (that do not seem to require maintenance or cleaning) - being sold as “used items” to be deeply tested in the field (lightmeter is not tested for accuracy, thus without guarantee)

C) unused with film, but working while testing before sale items (that could require some cleaning or maintenance, or if there are some imperfections or minor issues - even when it does not impact general functionality) - being sold as “for testing/maintenance/parts” and without any guarantee

D) completely untested items before sale - being sold as “for parts/for testing”

E) deffective items that require repair for reaching general functionality - being sold as “for parts/repair/hobbyists”


NOTICE 3: I would like to appreciate all reliable and valuable buyers I have already dealt with, however I have been more and more experiencing strange behaviour from some kind of buyers, who bid on items and do not pay/communicate then or immediately cancel the orders without any explanation.

In this case I am sorry to bother also all of the responsible buyers with formal terms of bidding on my listings, unfortunately there is no other ebay protection (for sellers) against the fraudulent users:

  1. buyers with zero feedback - can bid only upon my approval
  2. payment is due within 24hrs 
  3. in case the payment is not processed I will send only one payment reminder - when someone still does not pay/communicate, such an order will be canceled then and problematic buyer will be blocked for future biddings
  4. if you can not pay in time but you are a serious buyer, you can contact me and I will do my best (if possible) to meet your needs
  5. you can contact me about whatever and whenever you need, but, please, do not ask me about sooner endings with “buy it now” offers when a listing is live (active bids placed)
  6. by placing a bid you accept/understand mentioned terms
