This is a 16-piece model (uncut version also included). Each figure is printed, cured, assembled, painted and finished after purchase, specifically for your order. Every nerd has their own vision of a character. If you want something specific, send us a message before ordering: a different color scheme, an alternate outfit, a particular detail. We love a challenge. The weirder the request, the more interesting it is to paint. Custom options are quoted individually based on complexity.
- Preview images are official CGI renders of the model, not photos of a painted piece. The painted version is executed to the same quality standard as our completed figures.
- Made to order: minor variations from the renders are part of the handmade process, not a defect.
- The model is officially licensed for commercial printing via Bulkamancer Patreon (commercial tier).
- Unofficial fan-made collectible. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Konami.
We take great care in checking and packing every order. Statues are fragile and often include tiny parts, so we kindly ask that you record a continuous unboxing video when opening your package. It protects you: with a video, any claim is quick and painless to resolve. Without it, transit-damage claims are much harder for us to verify.
Please also understand that shipping carriers may occasionally inspect and reseal packages in transit. An opened or resealed outer box does not affect your figure and is not, by itself, a reason for return.
- Damaged in transit? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video and we will reprint and reship at no cost.
- Any other issue? Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will work it out together.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Every figure is printed and hand painted on demand, exclusively for your order. After you order, Elisa sends you the painting plan for your piece (palette, finish, how the details that define the character are handled), and work begins only once you confirm it or ask for changes. Because the figure is then made to your own specification and cannot be restocked or resold, the 14 day right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code), and change-of-mind returns are not accepted. This does not affect your rights if your figure arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what we agreed. If you have any doubt, message us before ordering: we are happy to help.
We are easy to reach: just send a message on eBay. We usually reply within 24 hours. If anything is not quite right, please give us a chance to make it right before leaving neutral or negative feedback. Your satisfaction matters, and your 5-star rating truly keeps this little studio going!
Thank you for being part of our journey!
