  1. Press button A for 3 seconds to enter hour setting mode.
  2. Press button A again to increment the hour.
  3. Wait, then press and hold button A for 3 seconds to enter minute setting mode.
  4. Press button A to set minutes.
  5. Repeat the 3-second press process to set month, date, and year.

NOTE: This watch does not have a functioning pedometer. The heart and step icons are decorative only.
