Ford Sierra mk1) 3door cosworth and sierra mk2 Sapphire 2wd/4x4 complete flexible fuel hoses kit this kit is a re designed system to completely replace all the original 30 year old plastic original fuel system that’s brittle/leaking to the cars existing hard lines this is a must for any cosworth upgrade for piece of mind this kit is compatible with the original standard fuel reg and the new style fuel reg this kit includes Starting from the Engine bay

1 ) feed from the top of the fuel rail to cars existing hard line

2 ) one return hoses from fuel Reg to cars existing hard line

3 ) one high pressure feed from fuel pump to the filter with all copper washers and banjo bolt

4 )one high pressure feed from filter with banjo bolt and copper sealing washers to the cars existing hard line

5) low pressure return from cars existing hard line to tank return inlet

6) fuel pump inlet hose from fuel tank to fuel pump with correct size jubilee clips x2

7) fuel rail rerun pipe to fuel regulator with o crimps 2wd models only

All flexible fuel hoses are ptfe lined and finished with a stainless steel over braid sheath for better strength and also protection against the elements.
