This postcard is titled "Southport's Illuminated Bandstand, Lord Street" and it depicts an artist drawn scene.  The artist is not credited.  The publisher is The Photochrom Co. Ltd.  Not postally used, dates, I think to the 1920s.       

The card is in a very good minus condition overall.  A little curvature to card.  Rubs at corners, tiny creases at bottom corners and at top left hand corner, edge rubs, the odd tiny bump and surface paper chip to edges, some light grubbiness, some light brown marks and the odd other very small and tiny mark to reverse.   Please check scans carefully as they help with the condition too.
