For safety reasons, in this system we manufacture stair structures with a maximum of 8 steps, suitable for a floor-to-floor height of approximately 1600 mm.

Production

Stair treads, platform gratings and metal doormats are manufactured in the production plant at welding stations. After grinding and cleaning, they are sent to  powder caoting or a hot-dip galvanizing plant.

Galvanizing

This is a process that takes place in a galvanising plant and involves etching raw components in acid baths to degrease and remove impurities from the surface. The components are then bathed in liquid zinc at a temperature of approx. 460°C. After removal from the baths and cooling in water, a durable, hard coating with high corrosion resistance is formed.
