✦ Important Information

• – This listing is for the vinyl decal only. Any arches, balloons, florals or decorative props shown in photos are for styling purposes only and are not included with your order.
• – Our decals adhere best to smooth, non-porous surfaces such as acrylic display boards, mirrors, glass, painted wood, foam boards, tiles, or poster board. These surfaces ensure crisp, long-lasting application.
• – They are not recommended for fabric or stretch covers. While some customers have applied them to fabric with success, results vary and we cannot guarantee adhesion. Refunds are not offered if used against our guidance.
• – Please avoid fragile, dusty, or peeling surfaces as they may reduce adhesion quality or damage the surface during removal.

✦ Sizing

• – Select your desired width from the dropdown options; the overall height will scale automatically based on your chosen wording and font style.
• – For oversized backdrops or larger display areas, custom sizing is available on request — simply message us before purchasing for a tailored quote.

✦ How to Order

1. Select your colour & size from the dropdown menu and enter your personalised wording in the text box provided.
2. Choose your fonts from the chart in the listing images. Example: Line 1: “Welcome to Our Day” – Font 12; Line 2: “Sophie & James” – Font 7. If no font is chosen, the design will be supplied in the sample style shown.
3. Unless specified, the layout will follow the listing example. If you’d like a custom arrangement, please add this to your notes.
4. At checkout, choose your preferred postage option. We offer upgrades to Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 for peace of mind.
5. Before finalising your order, double-check all details. As dispatch is fast, changes afterwards may not be possible. If you spot an error, cancelling and reordering is usually the quickest fix.

✦ Processing & Delivery

• – All decals are made to order and dispatched within 1 working day (Mon–Fri). Orders received before 10am are often posted the very same day.
• – Standard shipping is Royal Mail 1st Class, usually 1–2 working days (please allow up to 3).
• – For added reassurance or time-sensitive events, we also offer Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 delivery upgrades.
• – Please note that eBay’s delivery dates are estimated. If you have a specific deadline, we always recommend selecting a tracked option.

✦ Proofs & Custom Options

• – Proofs or mock-ups are available if requested at the time of ordering. Please watch your eBay messages, as delays in approving a proof may hold back dispatch.
• – We welcome requests for bespoke layouts, multiple font combinations, or custom icons. Just send us a message and we’ll be happy to help.

✦ Product Details

• – Each decal is cut from premium matte vinyl, giving the look of a smooth painted finish without the effort.
• – The vinyl is durable, fade-resistant, and designed for easy one-time application. Removal leaves no sticky residue.
• – For easier handling, decals are supplied in practical sections or single lines, helping to keep postage costs down and application stress-free.
• – Custom sizing is available to ensure a perfect fit for your chosen board, mirror, or display surface.

✦ Packaging

To keep postage costs as low as possible for our customers, some decals are sent in strong board-backed envelopes. Larger designs may be gently folded between lines of text. This will not damage the vinyl — any light bends can be smoothed out quickly with a card before application.
