I don’t know much about this besides that it’s a metal embossed art piece by an artist I cannot find. It’s absolutely stunning! Comes nicely framed but would look even more amazing in a slightly improved frame. The frame is 8x10 print in it seems to be 4.5x3.5

Art is in perfect shape. The frame has some scuffing on edges.
